Risk Management Assistance Fund

NSCS has been appointed as a Risk Management Assistance Fund (RMAF) Agent by the Workplace Safety & Health Council (WSHC) to promote, process and endorse applications for financial assistance for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to conduct risk assessment at workplaces. SMEs can tap onto RMAF to defray the costs of engaging consultants to conduct risk assessments and build in-house capability.

FIRST AID SEMINAR FOR THE COMMUNITY  - * 30 September  2010

 "   Are we ready to render FIRST AID to our loved ones, friends, colleagues and the community at large should a situation arise?   Many have the fear of taking the first step....the basic steps of First Aid + CPR which can save lives.   Come!  Lets overcome the fear and stand out from the crowd and be equipped with the readiness, life saving procedures and equipments in playing our part whenever the need arises.  "

-   Experts from various agencies will be sharing their experience, expertise, and knowledge on rendering First Aid and CPR & AED to participants.

" The objectives of this seminar is to raise the level of awareness amongst the community on First Aid and to heighten the individual’s confidence level to render assistance when the need arises. Topics featured during the seminar will also touch base on the importance of knowing  the chain of survival concerning First Aid, CPR and AED so as to increase one’s chances at survival and also, increase one’s knowledge in being equipped with the proper techniques during an emergency. "
