The National Safety Council of Singapore is a voluntary non-profit making organisation promoting all aspects of safety on the road, at home, at recreation and at industries.
To achieve these objectives, the Council organise and promotes various activities either by itself or in a conjunction with other organisations to raise public awareness of the importance of safety.
These are campaigns, exhibitions, conferences, seminars, talks, publications of books and newsletters, pamphlets and posters, television documentaries and media presentation.
Our Newsletter with informative articles on different safety topics and up to date news on safety around the region will be circulated to all our members regularly.
Apart from these, the Council will also conduct a yearly selection from its members a qualified safety practitioner to attend overseas training.
The Council is equipped with a range of modern scientific instruments and also operates mobile audiometric services. The Council will submit a report on audiometric tests direct to the Department of Occupational Health, Ministry of Manpower.
In the area of occupational safety and health, we provide the following services:
- Audiometric Examination
- Noise Survey
- Environmental Analysis
